My name is Brett LaCroix.

I have been working in EMS for over 17 years, and have held jobs with at least 5 different ambulance services.

It took awhile, but I've finally found what I consider to be my EMS Dream Job.

As a Paramedic Supervisor, working on the Spectacular Oregon Coast, I have discovered the perfect balance of work environment, call volume, compensation, benefits, and over all job satisfaction.

I have created this blog to share my experiences.
